PRE-PRODUCTION

Phase 1: Brand, Audience & Goals

In this phase of the project we will discuss your brand, audience & goals. This information helps us create a highly targeted media campaign that will produce your results. Having this knowledge helps us with the next part of the process which will be to come up with a plan.

Phase 2: Let’s come up with a plan

After learning about your brand, audience and goals we will construct an approach to your marketing campaign. During this phase we will decide what form of media will work best, where it will live, and the best call to action for the results we are aiming for. Once we’ve agreed on our approach we will schedule a day for production.

PRODUCTION

Phase 3: Lights, Camera, Action

On production day we will arrive with all the gear necessary for the shoot and a shot list for the project. Production day will look different for each project but generally we will start with a core message to help tell the story and drive the audience towards your goal. Then we will shoot compelling B-roll shots to compliment the story and bring it to life. Once we’ve gotten everything we need, THAT’S A WRAP for production day.

POST-PRODUCTION

Phase 4: The Edit

At this phase, the hardest part is already behind us. It’s up to our editors to craft the best story from all the resources we have captured on production day. During this phase we will cut the the shots into a story, master audio levels, incorporate music, color correct and much more to ensure we have the highest quality product to deliver.

Phase 5: Delivery

Once the product is delivered we will have a feedback & review process. If everything looks good and no changes are needed, VIOALA, you’re good to go! If something still needs to be edited we can refine it to your liking. Once you’ve gotten your final deliverable’s it’s time to share your story to the world!
